The Dangers Of GMO Corn: If Pigs Won't It Eat, Why Do We?

The Dangers Of GMO Corn:
If Pigs Won't It Eat, Why Do We?

(Calgary, AB) It would seem that pigs, an animal that is known to eat pretty much anything, does not like genetically modified (GM) corn. In fact, he won't even touch it!

In an article written on February 14, 2014 titled "If Animals Won't Eat Genetically Modified Corn Why Do We? the author referred to a research study where researchers attempted to feed pigs GM corn but they declined to eat it.

In another article titled "Pigs Won't Eat GM Corn" the author talks about a farmer who tried to feed GM corn to his pigs, but they just stared at it and refused to eat it. When he opened a different bag of organic corn and threw it on the ground, they ate it up very quickly.

It would seem that many animals, in addition to pigs ( ie. cows, elk, deer, raccoons, squirrels, rats and mice), have a basic or natural instinct of what food is healthy for them to consume and what food is not.

According to researchers at the American Academy Of Environmental Medicine (AAEM),  GM foods which include the following 8 food crops: Soy, Corn, Cotton, Canola, Sugar Beets, Hawaiian Papaya, and some Zucchini and Yellow Squash, carry many health hazards when consumed by humans

According to these researchers GM foods can cause: infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, insulin regulations, changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system. In the words of one of the researchers "this is not a statistical correlation, it's a causation."

Given that there are 8 major food crops that make up the GM food supply, there are many foods that we consume on a daily basis (household) that contain GM ingredients: The following is  a list of 10 foods  that you would find in your local supermarket that contain a GM substance; carbonated soft drinks, milk, meat, tofu, vegetable and canola oil, cereals, sweetened juices, baby formula, frozen foods, canned soups.

Self Education And Consumer Awareness Is The Key!

Self educations and consumer awareness is the key when purchasing food items for you or your family. It is important to educate yourself on the products that could possibly contain a GMO or a GM ingredient. Familiarizing yourself with the Non GMO Project or buying strictly organic [products] are just two options available for you..

Note 1 - A message from Dr. Eldon Dahl

The term “natural” is broadly used and abused; the sourcing establishes what is natural.  Professional therapeutic medicine needs to be plant-based and fermented, sourced from USP pharmaceutical grade nutrients, and clinically proven by either Drug Manufactured File (DMF) or patented material. It must be non-GMO, and non-animal sourced, with the exception of glandular products. Glands must be concentrated and not extracted, and be grass fed to ensure no antibiotics or growth hormones were used.

Formulations must be blended synergistically in order to be absorbed at the cellular level, and must be efficacious
