Fight Off A Sore Throat The Natural Way With Oil Of Oregano

University research has concluded that Oil of Oregano provides many benefits for human health.  A natural substance, extracted from wild oregano plants, possess two key compounds 'caracrol' and 'thymol', both which have shown to have significant effects on harmful bacteria that causes many health issues for humans.

The first people to recognized this oil for its medicinal qualities and health benefits were the ancient Greeks. They discovered its potential as an antibacterial and antiviral oil  that can reduce pain and inflammation and effectively fight off infections.

It was also the ancient Greeks who discovered its value in fighting off sore throats.

Today, researchers have confirmed what the ancient Greeks have known all along. 'that Oil of Oregano is an excellent early defense mechanism when you feel a sore throat coming on." Simply take 3 drops of the oil once per day (you can mix it into a glass of orange juice) and you should notice results within a few hours. Repeat this once per day for up to 5 days until the symptoms are gone.

It is important not to confuse Oil of Oregano with common oregano that is used as a spice for cooking. Common oregano is typically Origanum Marjoram, while Oil of Oregano is derived from Origanum Vulgare.
